Cancellation Policy.

All new color clients (or any clients requiring a 2 hour+ appt) are required to give a $50 non-refundable deposit upon booking. The deposit will be credited toward your services.

In the event that you would need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, I require 24 hours notice (more if possible). If 24 hours notice is not given, the $50 deposit will be lost. This goes for cancellations, no shows, or appointments rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice. No exceptions (unless we close for snow). 

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Please advise that if you are 15+ minutes late for your appointment, I may be unable to provide the scheduled service, and will need to reschedule. Again, the cancellation fee will apply.
